Douglas McAlinden

Douglas manages the firm and a diverse set of client relationships, including Google, Emirates, DHL, Yum! Brands, Allianz, and Starbucks — as well as a number of private equity, investment banking, and professional service firms.

He enjoys helping people expand their leadership capability through stronger communication skills. He has designed and led programs in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa — and he has a passion for travel and exploring different cultures.

He finds it particularly rewarding to conduct programs for youth-oriented organizations such as DoSomething.org, Crisis Text Line, and The Trevor Project.

He graduated with Honors from Wesleyan University.
